Contacts are the individuals that you or your staff deal with in clientA client is an organisation or an individual that you are doing work for, usually on a billable basis. See also: billing client. organisations. For each contact, WorkflowMax allows you to store details such as the contact name, salutation, phone number, email address and position.
As contacts relate to specific jobs and clients, you will add contacts in two situations:
- when creating or editing a client or prospect (you'll use the New Contact dialog)
- when creating a job, lead, quote or estimate for a client (you'll use the Add Contact dialog).
