Your WorkflowMax login credentials control access to your account and consist of:
- a login email address
- a password that must be used with the login email address
- several MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) settings for enhanced security. MFA is currently mandatory in some jurisdictions.
You can change any of these, as required.
It's not possible to change another user's email address – they must login themselves to make the change. We do not recommend changing a user's email address by adding a new user and deleting the old one – this will cause problems if the original user is allocated to any jobs.
