Information about your un-invoiced work in progress (WIP) is displayed on the Overview and List tabs on the WIP manager dashboard screen.
You can use several filters to control the scope of the un-invoiced WIP shown:
- The existing Work in Progress filter. This filter shows the current un-invoiced WIP for all clients, staff members and job status settings. That is, your total un-invoiced WIP.
- The existing My Jobs filter. This filter also shows total un-invoiced WIP, but only for the currently logged in staff member.
- A custom filter. You can create as many custom filters as you wish to provide various views of total WIP for specific clients, staff members, job statuses and other settings. Any custom filters you create are visible only by you.
In addition to the primary filter, you can set the As at... date, next to the filter name. The As at... date limits the total un-invoiced WIP shown so that it includes un-invoiced WIP up to (and including) the date specified.
The default date is today's date, so you will see total WIP to date, based on the primary filter, unless you set the As at... date as well.
