Change your user profile name

Your user profile name is not used directly within WorkflowMax – it is used only when we email system alerts or marketing material to you.

To change your user profile name:

1. Click your organisation name at the left-hand end of the WorkflowMax menu bar, and select Portal.
2. With the Portal screen open, click the button with your initials on at the right-hand end of the WorkflowMax menu bar, and select Edit Profile.
3. On the Profile screen, make the changes you require in the Name field.
4. Save your changes.
5. Return to Account to go back to your dashboard.
