To edit an existing custom report:
- In the Reports menu, select Report Builder > Custom reports.
- On the Custom reports tab, find the report you wish to edit by using one or more of the following options.
- Search and filter options
- Scroll (and if necessary, page) through the list of available reports.
- In the search box, start typing a word from the report title. WorkflowMax immediately displays the reports whose title contains the text you have typed.
- Click the Filter button to display the filtering options.
- Select as many filtering options as you require. Each option you select appears as a label below the search box. To remove an unwanted option, click the X on the option label. All selected options will be removed as soon as you exit the Custom reports tab. While you remain on the Custom reports tab, WorkflowMax remembers the options you have selected, so you can Apply the options one at a time or all at once, as shown here. The following options are available:
- Created by me. Display only those reports you created yourself (not ones assigned to you by another staff member).
- Type. Display only those reports of the type (or types) selected.
- Created by. Display only those reports that were created by the staff member (or members) selected.
- Assigned to. Display only those reports that were assigned to the staff member (or members) selected.
- Date created or Last used. Display only those reports that were created or last used within the pre-defined or custom date range specified.
Custom date ranges
When you are using the Custom option for Date created or Last used, the first date you click is taken as the start date and the second as the end date. WorkflowMax automatically highlights this selected range in blue. You can clear the highlight by clicking any day number. To specify a single-day date range, double-click on the required date.
- Click Apply. Reports that match the selected filter options are displayed.
