Deactivate or reactivate a custom print template

You can deactivate a custom print template when it is no longer required. Deactivated templates no longer appear in the Template drop-down list on the Print Options screen.

To deactivate or reactivate a custom print template:

1. In the Business menu, select Settings > Custom Templates.
2. On the Custom Templates screen, Templates tab, select the template you wish to deactivate/reactivate.
3. On the edit template screen, do one of the following:
   • to deactivate the template, deselect  the Active checkbox.
   • to reactivate the template, select  the Active checkbox.
4. Save your changes.
