The WorkflowMax job schedule is designed for best viewing online. You can print a job schedule using your browser's print feature or by simply taking a screenshot and printing that.
To display and print specific job schedule information:
- In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
- In the Job Manager screen, select the job you wish to work with.
- On the Job Information screen, select Edit Schedule.
- On the Schedule Information screen, do any of the following to display the required schedule information:
- Select the required Start Date and Due Date range.
- Select either the 4 Weeks or 3 Months display range.
- Print the currently displayed job schedule information.
- Print by using your browser's print feature
Open the print feature in your browser and select the required print options.
Milestones are not displayed on the printed output.
- Print a screenshot
The following instructions capture a screenshot of a specific window on your screen.
On a PC
- Press Alt+PrtScn to capture a screenshot of the active window into the clipboard.
- Open Microsoft Paint or a similar image editor.
- Paste (Ctrl+V) the screenshot into the image editor.
- Print the screenshot using the required print options.
On a Mac
- Press Command+Shift+4. The cursor changes to a crosshair pointer.
- Press the space bar. The crosshair pointer changes to a camera pointer.
- Move the camera pointer over the window you wish to capture.
- Click your mouse or trackpad. You can cancel the screenshot by pressing the Esc key.
- Open the screenshot in a suitable image editor (it is stored on your desktop as a .png file)
- Print the screenshot using the required print options.
