The details of a supplier can be printed, emailed or exported to an electronic file.
Optionally, you can include:
- Main details of the supplier such as name and address.
- Details of contacts at the supplier.
- Notes associated with the supplier.
To print, email or export a supplier:
- In the Business menu, select the Suppliers > Suppliers tab.
- Search for and then drill down on the name of the particular supplier.
- On the supplier information screen, select Options > Print Supplier.
- On the Print Supplier screen, select what you want to include.
- Print to display a preview on screen.
- Email, export as required.
