Add a prospect
You can add a prospective client ( prospect Prospective clients (prospects) are clients who you haven't actively done work for yet. Prospects are created directly from the Client manager + New button; if you add a new prospect to a new lead; or if you import leads and the clients don't already exist. ) at any time or while you are adding a new lead.
You can add a prospect from Client Manager or from Lead manager.
From Client Manager
- Click on the Client menu.
- Click the New button, and select Prospect.
- Fill in the your prospect's information.
- Click the Save button.
From Lead Manager
- In the Business menu, select Leads > New Lead.
- Select Add Prospect (+).
- Fill in the your prospect's information.
- Click the Save button.
Edit a prospect
- In the main menu, select Clients.
- Find the prospective client you wish to edit in the client list, and click on their name.
- Select Options > Edit. The Edit Prospect dialog is displayed.
- Edit the prospect details, as required.
- Save your changes.
