Create a new referral source while creating a client
- On the New Client screen, select the Contact Details heading. Contact fields (including Referral Source) are displayed.
- In the Referral Source field, type the name of the source you wish to create. Existing source names that match what you have typed will automatically drop down, so you can see if the name is already on file.
The referral source information you have typed will be saved when you save the client information.
Create a new referral source by editing a client
- Select the Clients menu. A list of your current clients is displayed.
- Drill down on any client name. The client detail screen is displayed.
- Select Options > Edit.
- On the Edit Client screen, select the Contact Details heading. Contact fields (including Referral Source) are displayed.
- In the Referral Source field, type the name of the source you wish to create. Existing source names that match what you have typed will automatically drop down, so you can see if the name is already on file.
- Save your changes.
