To remove one or more staff from a job:
- In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
- On the Job Manager screen, drill down on the job number of the job you wish to remove staff from.
- On the job detail screen, select Edit Job.
- On the Edit job screen, in the Staff list, deselect the checkbox next to the name of each staff member you wish to remove from the job.
- Save your changes.
- If the staff member has been explicitly allocated to specific tasks, a message is displayed listing the jobs that the staff member cannot be removed from.
