To change the membership of a team A team is a group of staff identified by a name such as "Accounts" or "Designers". Teams are a convenient way of notifying staff, who are not assigned to a specific job, that the job's job state has changed. :
- In the Business menu, select Settings > Staff.
- Select the Teams tab. Existing teams are displayed.
- Drill down on the name of the team you wish to work with.
- In the Edit Team screen, provide the following information as required.
Field Description Name The name of the team you are editing. Type a suitable name that identifies the purpose, role or other features of the team. Staff Staff members who belong to this team. A staff member can belong to several teams if required. Select the staff that you wish to belong to the team.
- Save your changes.
