To assign an account manager to a job:
- In the Jobs menu, select Jobs.
- On the Job Manager screen, drill down on the job number of the job you wish to assign the account manager to.
- On the job detail screen, select Edit Job.
- On the Edit <job> screen, in the Account Manager drop-down list, select the staff member who you wish to assign to the job. This staff member will be receive notification that he or she has been assigned to the job.
- Save your changes.
