Archiving a lead

All of your leads A lead is a possible sale opportunity for a prospective client (a prospect) or an existing client. are listed in the Lead Manager Archive tab. You don't need to do anything to archive a lead.

Restoring a lead

All of your leads are listed in the Archive tab. You can restore a lead by changing its State to Current.

To make a lead current:

1. In the Business menu, select Leads.
2. On the Lead Manager screen, make sure the Archive tab is selected.
3. Drill down on the date of the lead that you wish to make current.
4. On the lead information screen, select Options > Change status to Current and confirm.
   • The State of the lead is changed to Current.
   • The lead information screen is displayed.
