To help you keep track of project reports, plans, tenders and other documents, WorkflowMax allows you to load these documents directly into the Documents tab for jobs, clients, quotes, estimates and suppliers. The documents can be stored within WorkflowMax itself or in a third-party document management system such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
Short notes can be stored directly against clients, jobs/tasks, leads, quotes/estimates and suppliers. These can be added manually or loaded automatically from emails.
Comments can be added to job or task notes to allow you to raise or answer questions about the note directly within WorkflowMax.
