About general settings

The operation of WorkflowMax is controlled by a number of configuration settings found under the Business > Settings menu.

These settings allow you to configure WorkflowMax to your own requirements and are normally defined when setting up WorkflowMax.

Although you can change the settings at any time, we recommend caution, as changing some settings will have an immediate effect on billing, quoting and other important areas. If you're unsure about making changes, please contact our support team at contact our support team for advice.
